Home Care Service

Through this service the Association provides patients with palliative care that is: medical and nursing care, symptoms control and psychosocial support outside the hospital settings and makes it possible for patients to remain at the comfort of their home.  The home care service is composed of specially trained nurses, psychologists, social workers and physiotherapists.

We offer:

  • Medical care
  • Nursing care
  • Palliative care and symptoms control
  • Advice concerning the types of treatment such as: radiotherapy, chemotherapy.
  • Advice and training to the patient’s family concerning the patient’s safety.
  • Physiotherapy for the patient’s rehabilitation and symptoms control.
  • Psychological support to the patient and his/her family.
  • Nursing of wounds.

We lend: air beds, wheelchairs, oxygen cylinders,

Working hours:
Monday – Friday              8:00 am – 2:30 pm
Nurse on duty                  2:30 am – 6:00 pm
Weekends / Holidays     8:00 am – 12:00 pm
