Donations
There are so many ways to help towards our fight against cancer. Even the smallest donation, can make a difference. What is small for one, it is big for another. You can donate any amount you wish, using your visa. You only have to fill out the following form. And always remember, your help saves lives! To download the donation form click here
A will is an effective way to ensure that your assets are distributed according to your wish. You may want to give a small or a big amount to the Association. No matter what, any will donation is important to us. Such a bequest through your will gives its continuing support for the Association’s ongoing work.
Become a member
The Cyprus Association of Cancer Patients and Friends has around 2000 members all over Cyprus. The only obligation of our members is the £10 yearly subscription. As a member you are able to help the Association financially. Each year there is an annual general meeting of all the members of the Association where they are informed about the year’s activities, financial situation, and any questions and information that they are interested to find out. There is a panel of the directory committee where the members can pose their questions, and make suggestions. To download the membership form click here. Volunteer
If you have free time and you feel that you want to spend it for a good cause then you should definitely volunteer in The Cyprus Association of Cancer Patients. It is not work, rather fun! For example, you may help during our Christmas bazaar, bake cakes, make decorations … and then you can help sell them at the bazaar. To volunteer please contact our offices and we will be more than happy to welcome you in our family.
Street collection
Once a year, a whole month is dedicated to raising money for the cancer patients. The Fund Raising Campaign includes various events and 2 days of street collection, where the largest amount of the funds is collected. Each year a number of volunteers are gathered to help in street collection. If you are interested you are always welcome to contact us.
Become a sponsor
Most of the funds of The Cyprus Association of Cancer Patients are collected through sponsorships. The sponsorship could be of a small amount, for example, to cover the expenses for printing an informational leaflet, or a large donation. The name of the sponsor is always mentioned.
Organize a fund raising event
Another way to offer your help is through the organization of an event where the proceeds part/ or full will go towards the Association. Of course in this situation we must be informed in advance and preparations should be made in collaboration with our office.
